Job Summary:
As a Pediatric Skilled Care Nurse at At Home Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical care and support to pediatric patients with diverse healthcare needs.

Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with RN Case Managers to fulfill patient-specific care plans
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure all patient needs are fully addressed
• Deliver high-quality skilled care to patients
• Document care delivery thoroughly in our EMR system

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary: $**65,000 - $80,000 per year**, depending on experience

Requirements:
• LVN license required
• Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
