Reliability Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize projects and RCAs, ensuring effective planning and execution
  • Maintain predictive and preventive equipment maintenance programs in the maintenance management system
  • Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures, studying the impact of general factors that can affect the performance of several pieces of equipment, such as humidity level, electrical input performance, etc.
  • Monitor the application of methods and technologies while proposing solutions to improve equipment reliability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, or other related degree or related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a maintenance, reliability and or engineering technician in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to overcome ambiguous and complex situations with an open mind, considering creative and standard processes
