Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Breast Surgery Physician to join our team at Denver Health.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of breast conditions, including breast cancer. The physician will be responsible for performing diagnostic procedures, such as mammograms and biopsies, as well as performing surgical procedures to treat breast conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts diagnostic procedures, such as mammograms and biopsies, to identify and diagnose breast conditions.
  • Performs surgical procedures to treat breast conditions, such as breast cancer, benign breast tumors, and breast reconstruction.
  • Provides post-operative care and follow-up care for patients, including monitoring for complications and providing recommendations for future treatment.
  • Communicates with patients and their families to provide education and support throughout the treatment process.
  • Collaborates with medical professionals, such as oncologists and radiologists, to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  • Keeps detailed records of patients' medical history, treatment, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate Degree Required
  • MD-Physician - State Medical Board Required
  • BLS-Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) - AHA - American Heart Association Required
