Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Cashier to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role

This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be interacting with customers on a daily basis, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions, handle customer inquiries, and provide accurate information
  • Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and update customer information as needed
  • Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues, contribute to team goals, and work effectively in a team environment
Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work well under pressure.
