Pharmacist Informaticist II

This exempt position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your knowledge of pharmacy informatics, automation, and clinical applications to support our vision of delivering exceptional patient care. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with Health Informatics colleagues to optimize workflow processes, improve user satisfaction, and enhance technology adoption.

• Collaborate with Health Informatics colleagues to develop and implement standardized best practice workflows and clinical content across ministries.
• Assess pharmacy-related clinical information systems for efficient use, focusing on patient care, user satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and best practice dissemination across all ministries.
• Develop and/or revise initiatives or programs related to data collection, retrieval, analysis, and interpretation to optimize patient outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Registered Pharmacist (Rph) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in pharmacy informatics, including pharmacy workflow, automation, and clinical applications.
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office products and clinical information systems.
• Strong knowledge of hospital practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to practice standards and regulatory requirements.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
