Pharmacist Informaticist II

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist Informaticist II - Clinical Solutions Specialist to join our team at Christus Health. This role plays a crucial part in the operation and administration of clinical information systems, focusing on pharmacy and medication management.

This position is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of initiatives or programs related to data collection, retrieval, analysis, and interpretation to optimize patient outcomes and efficiency.

• Collaborate with Health Informatics colleagues to focus on standardized best practice workflow processes and clinical content to ensure alignment across all ministries.
• Assess pharmacy-related clinical information systems for efficient and effective use related to patient care, user satisfaction, clinical productivity, and quality outcomes.
• Provide end-user support to clinicians, using critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of clinical information systems, data management, and administration, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. A valid driver's license and current license to practice pharmacy are also required.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Registered Pharmacist (Rph) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• 3-5 years' experience in pharmacy informatics (pharmacy workflow, automation, and pharmacy-related clinical applications experience).
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong knowledge of clinical information systems, data management, and administration.
