Your Daily Pursuit:

Share the unique history and majesty of Whitefish, Glacier, and our lodges with guests, helping them settle comfortably into their home away from home

Compensation:

$13.00/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests on arrival and assist with their bags when necessary
  • Provide information about services, entertainment, and activities at the lodge
  • Lead daily walking tours of the lodge, highlighting its unique history and culture
  • Help keep the lobby and public areas clean and welcoming
  • Record potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate them to the supervisor
  • Assist with setup for special events, meetings, conferences, and banquets
  • Offer assistance to guests and teammates as needed
  • Be a utility player who can complete various job duties

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of Bellman or Bell Captain experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to the team and guest
  • Valid US driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work solo or as part of a team
  • Commitment to Safety First and high-quality cleaning and sanitizing standards
  • Organized with a great eye for detail
  • Kind to others and always bring your best
  • Good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
  • Helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile
  • Relaxed, flexible, and able to handle a few curveballs
  • Ready to have fun
