Key Responsibilities of the Recreation Coordinator:

  • Designing and executing a comprehensive wellness program tailored for Long Term Care, Memory Care, or Rehabilitation patients as assigned (may include weekend and holiday shifts).
  • Completing assessments, care plans, and related documentation in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to programming.
  • Creating an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere for participants.
