Job Overview

At American Forest Management, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Land Manager to lead our land-focused sales team across Oregon and Washington. As a key member of our Western Operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a team of independent brokers, and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review necessary documentation, including listing agreements and closing statements.
  • Maintain and update property listings, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Develop business opportunities within the region, regularly meeting with clients, leads, and industry stakeholders.
  • Review client ownership portfolios and develop strategic land sales programs to maximize owners' returns.
  • Network with external agents, appraisers, lenders, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience in rural real estate, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets and meet sales targets.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $115,000 based on experience.
