LPN / LVN Nurse

We are seeking a skilled LPN / LVN to join our team at Atrium Health Charlotte. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care and assist with planning and implementing care for the comfort and well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities- Participate in patient assessments and determine nursing care needs based on collection and interpretation of relevant data.
- Recognize and determine need for immediate intervention.
- Document patient observations, treatments, patient response to treatment, and nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
- Assist with development/revision of the plan of care by providing data and identifying potential goals and intervention for review by the RN.
- Communicate with the appropriate clinical staff on the status of a patient if a significant change has occurred.
- Implement the identified plan under the supervision of the RN, ensuring tasks have been completed.
- Organize workload and prioritize responsibilities to ensure quality patient care is delivered in a time-efficient manner.
- Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing required.
- Current LPN licensure or temporary license as a licensed practical nurse petitioner required.
- BLS required per policy guidelines.
