About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Prescriber Team Support
    • Screen customers for treatment eligibility in accordance with established protocols
    • Communicate with customers to obtain additional information required by the Prescriber team
    • Manage customer responses and maintain accurate records using Zendesk
    • Coordinate video consultations between customers and the Prescriber team as needed
  • Customer Service
    • Deliver personalized assistance to customers, providing exceptional service and support
    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding the consultation process, treatment usage, and potential side effects
    • Elevate complex customer concerns to the Prescriber team for resolution
Requirements
  • Experience supporting customers undergoing GLP1 weight loss medication or enrolled in online weight loss coaching programs
  • Strong interest in health and fitness, with a background in a related field of study
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools, such as Zendesk
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone and written correspondence
  • Passion for working with a fast-paced digital health company and supporting customers in achieving their weight loss goals
  • Residency in one of the following locations: Florida, California, Nevada, Washington, Texas, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Washington D.C.
Compensation

$19-$21 USD per hour
