Job Overview
Marcos Medical Care is seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Marketing Specialist and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a positive and stable work environment, while also leading a strong social media marketing campaign.

Responsibilities
-Maintain/Implement marketing initiatives on Facebook, Instagram, etc.
-Ability to create appealing advertisements.
-Maintain website which is hosted on WordPress.
Maintain all employee files, paperwork
AR/AP for multiple businesses using Quickbooks Online
Schedule meetings and appointments
-Create and Maintain paper and electronic files.
Order and maintain office supplies

Requirements
-Ability to use/learn different software (ex: Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Quickbooks Online, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and able to set priorities among multiple tasks
Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
Able to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures
Proactive and able to solve problems and multi-task
Requires good grooming and dress habits which reflect a professional image
Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
Must have previous administrative experience
Prefer Bachelor's degree but minimum of 2 years of college

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year, dependent upon experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, LTD, term life insurance, and more.
