Electrical Controls Specialist

As a Controls Engineer at TalentBridge, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom controls solutions for various machinery applications. This includes project support from conceptual design to system testing and debugging.
Key Responsibilities:
Design complete electrical controls systems for machinery, including PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs. Develop electrical schematics and panel layouts using AutoCAD. Oversee assembly and testing of equipment in-house. Troubleshoot issues during testing and/or installation. Provide ongoing technical support to customers. Create and maintain technical documents related to custom machinery development.
Requirements:
BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or systems integration, particularly with extrusion and cable wiring applications. Proficiency with PLC programming (Allen Bradley and/or Siemens preferred). Experience with AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Electrical. Hands-on troubleshooting experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
