Job Summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to support two associate attorneys in a top personal injury law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for litigation and trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, drafting legal documents, and coordinating with vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit Preparation: Prepare exhibits for trial, including redacting medical records and bills, creating trial notebooks, and managing blow-up requests to vendors.
  • Document Drafting: Draft legal documents such as Complaints, Summonses, Initial Interrogatories, Requests to Produce, and Requests for Admissions.
  • Client Correspondence: Prepare and send client correspondence as needed.
  • Damages Summaries: Compile and update damages summaries.
  • Medical Chronologies: Prepare and maintain medical chronologies for depositions, mediations, and trials.
  • Trial Preparation: Prepare witness and exhibit lists for trial, coordinate and schedule mock juries, draft jury instructions and verdict forms, and attend trials with attorneys.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Paralegal experience, preferably in Personal Injury (PI) or Litigation.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (in-office position).
  • Benefits: Health insurance, vacation, holiday and sick leave programs, and a 401k retirement plan.
