Join Our Team as an Early Childhood Development Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Development Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As an Early Childhood Development Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing personalized ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.

  • Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.

  • Provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children, utilizing evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are crucial, along with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

  • Preference given to college graduates or individuals pursuing higher education.
