Crew Transport Drivers Wanted – Watertown, SD
Professional Transportation Services Inc. is seeking a dependable team member to join our growing organization as a Railway Crew Service Driver. This unique opportunity offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment with a reputable company that prioritizes safety and quality service.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can safely transport railroad crew members to their destinations on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and a minimum of 3 years driving experience. A clean driving record and the ability to pass a post-offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check are also required.
This role offers excellent compensation, with a starting hourly rate of $15.00. Other benefits include company-provided vehicles and fuel during trips, multiple health insurance plan options, paid vacation time, and a 401(K) retirement plan. On-the-job training is provided, and there is room for growth and advancement within the company. One of the best aspects of this job is the flexibility to return home every day.
The selected candidate will be responsible for prioritizing on-time performance to meet customer needs, promoting and practicing safety awareness, and providing excellent customer service. The ability to communicate timely with the dispatch center and report any defects or mechanical problems found during vehicle inspection is crucial.
