As a Diet Clerk with Prime Healthcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of patient trays. Under the direction of the dietitian, you will perform clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring appropriate temperatures of patient trays.
Responsibilities:
- Approve therapeutic menu selections for patients
- Ensure accuracy and quality of patient trays
- Work closely with the dietitian to ensure patient needs are met
Qualifications:
- AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred
- One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred
- County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current
