We are seeking a qualified candidate for a prestigious faculty position within a renowned University Program, affiliated with one of the leading Medical Schools in the nation, known for its exceptional standing.

The department is composed of 94 distinguished faculty members and 110 residents and fellows, providing care across 67 operating rooms, 8 surgical ICUs, and 16 NORA locations, while producing over 150 peer-reviewed publications annually.

This role offers the chance to engage with complex patient cases in a collaborative environment where faculty members genuinely support one another.

There are numerous opportunities for professional development and leadership, including executive-level training and leadership development programs.

Both faculty and non-faculty positions are available, with consideration for all subspecialty interests.

Options to sub-specialize or to participate in a comprehensive anesthesia practice are available, encompassing:

  1. Pain management
  2. Cardiac anesthesia
  3. Neuro-anesthesia
  4. Obstetric anesthesia
  5. Critical care
  6. Regional anesthesia
  7. Acute pain management

20% of the schedule is allocated for academic pursuits, with the flexibility to utilize this time for additional income opportunities.

Engagement in teaching and mentorship with 110 residents and fellows is a key component of this role.

Research opportunities are abundant, supported by a robust statistics team and assistance in crafting competitive proposals, with access to major funding sources.

We welcome applications from candidates with prior experience as well as those newly completing their training.

Compensation is competitive, aligning with the 60th percentile of AAMC or higher, based on experience.
