Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate subjective and objective data to establish a treatment plan.
  • Utilize exercise, physical agents, and manual techniques to address deficits.
  • Maintain thorough records of services provided with appropriate coding and billing.
  • Communicate effectively with other disciplines and referring providers to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Perform timely and accurate electronic documentation.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree from an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology.
  • Licensed as a speech language pathologist in WI, IL, or both if required.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
Work Environment

The Speech Language Pathologist will work in a quiet environment with occasional travel to other locations for cross-coverage.

Occupational Exposure

Category A - All partners in the specified job classification have occupational exposure.

Age of Patients Served

Neonate (birth - 28 days), Infant (29 days - less than 1 year), Pediatric (1 year - 12 years), Adolescents (13 years - 17 years), Adult (18 years - 64 years), Geriatric (65 years and older).

Partners may access patient care information needed to perform their job duties.

Special Physical Demands

The Speech Language Pathologist will be required to stand, walk, sit, handle/finger/feel, reach, and talk/hear frequently, with occasional light work exerting up to 25 pounds of force.
