We are looking for a highly skilled and committed Industrial Maintenance Specialist to enhance our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector.

This engaging position will have you operating in a fast-paced, advanced environment where you will be responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of complex machinery and equipment.

Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring the seamless and effective operation of our production lines, directly impacting our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance to guarantee that machines operate efficiently, building systems function optimally, and the facility's physical condition remains intact.
  • Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to identify machine malfunctions.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and determine corrective actions, consulting blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
  • Repair or replace faulty equipment components using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble machinery.
  • Maintain and repair specialized equipment and machinery found in various settings such as kitchens, laundries, hospitals, and factories.

Utilize tools ranging from standard hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical testing devices.

Plan and organize repair tasks using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, and schematic diagrams.

Document maintenance and repair activities performed along with associated costs.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a maintenance technician role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, applications, repair, and maintenance.
  • Proven experience with equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
