Job Title: Echocardiography Technician at Providence

We are seeking a skilled Echocardiography Technician to join our team at Providence. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic cardiac ultrasound exams and other cardiac diagnostic tests to aid attending physicians in evaluating and treating patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including ultrasound machines and other diagnostic tools.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Adults and Pediatric Cardiac Diagnostic Ultrasound Technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
