Requirements:

  • High School Education or equivalent.
  • Technical or vocational school education preferred.
  • One year of experience in a mortgage environment, with a strong understanding of VA, FHA, and conventional TRID loan guidelines.
  • Knowledge of mortgage loan documentation, mortgage programs, and products.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with excellent time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and listening skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in 10-key calculator operations.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
