Compensation and Benefits:

As a Pharmacy Technician in Training at Walmart, you will receive competitive hourly wages, ranging from $16.5 to $21 per hour. You will also be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives and additional compensation in the form of premiums, which may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Employment Type and Availability:

This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, with available shifts including opening and morning hours. You will work in a dynamic environment, focusing on the needs of our customers as they entrust us with their prescriptions and health needs.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Technician in Training, you will be responsible for inputting and processing prescriptions, supporting patients with product information, and providing customer service in our store pharmacies. You will work closely with pharmacy associates to ensure seamless customer experiences.
