We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will assist clients by delivering comprehensive product and service information, managing and preparing shipments, and providing support for various goods and services offered at The UPS Store. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with Sundays being a non-operational day. Please be aware that the full-time position requires flexible availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Offer detailed information regarding our products and services.
- Assist in resolving issues related to potential claims.
- Maintain and update customer records based on interactions.
- Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of our evolving offerings.
- Manage shipment manifests.
- Prepare and pack items for customers as necessary.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages for mailbox holders.
- Provide copying and printing services for customers as required.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
