Job Description

Cenergy International is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for performing fabrication or modification tasks on RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies of mid-range to high complexity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation of connectors, substrates, components, and modules in highly complex microwave assemblies
  • Utilization of paste and sheet epoxies
  • Disassembly, assembly, modification, rework, and repair operations on various pre-production subassemblies, assemblies, and complete systems
  • Collaboration with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering to develop procedures and troubleshoot products to specifications
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in electronics/microelectronics assembly
  • Ability to work 10 hours under a microscope and utilize hand tools such as torque drivers, tweezers, and other similar tools
  • Ability to read and work from detailed process sheets and drawings
  • Good computer skills to support retrieval of drawings and work instructions
  • Ability to work in a diverse team environment
  • High School Diploma required
Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD controlled environment
  • Experience in mechanical assembly processes of small electronic devices
  • Experience working on military products in ISO 9001/AS9100 controlled environments
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience soldering components to printed wiring boards in accordance with J-STD-001
