Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects involving ASME process material/equipment and structural components. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be a problem solver, and be goal-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Maintain strong working relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Project Coordination
    • Work with project teams to ensure purchase orders are placed and materials are delivered on schedule.
    • Identify and resolve order shipment discrepancies.
  • Project Scheduling
    • Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Projects.
  • ERP System Management
    • Proficiently use ERP systems to manage project data.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Communicate potential delays and problem resolutions to operations and engineering teams daily.
    • Manage project budget/cost and prepare monthly reports.
  • Collaboration and Quality
    • Collaborate with various departments to support project demand and quality.
  • Special Projects
    • Complete special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certifications
    • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in a Project Management/Project Coordinator position.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
    • Proven initiative-taker with ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF.
    • Experience with ERP Systems.
    • Extreme diligence and ability to follow-through on open tasks.
    • Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and exercises independent judgment.
