About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at RADIAS Health. As a key member of our Crisis Stabilization program, you will provide high-quality mental health services to adults struggling with acute symptoms of mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide recovery-oriented, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitative services to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
  • Teach and develop independent living skills, including relaxation techniques, conversation skills, and budgeting
  • Conduct monthly house meetings for residents and assist in the orientation of new admissions
  • Identify individuals prone to behavior emergencies and assist in developing additional programming
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work, plus 2,000 hours of work experience providing services to adults diagnosed with a serious mental illness. Alternatively, you may have no college degree and 4,000 hours of supervised work experience in the delivery of services to adults or children with mental illness.
