Job Description

EverLine Coatings and Services, a leading provider of line painting and pavement maintenance services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Lead to join our South Denver team.

Job Summary

The Crew Lead will be responsible for overseeing the production of various projects for clients across the city. This is a full-time position that requires some weekends, nights, and overtime work to accommodate our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of crew members to ensure high-quality project delivery
  • Plan and facilitate the production of projects, including line painting, asphalt crack filling and sealcoating, power washing, and epoxy flooring
  • Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
  • Maintain a safe and hazard-free job site
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation
  • Self-motivated and critical thinking skills with the ability to problem-solve
  • Punctuality, organization, and attention to detail are essential
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
  • Ability to work well independently and unsupervised
  • Positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers
  • Past experience with small engines and/or paint sprayers is an asset
  • An engineering educational background is an asset
