Job Opportunity: Warranty Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team at Wickstrom Chevrolet. As a key member of our service department, you will play a critical role in ensuring our dealership is paid for warranty work from manufacturers, extended warranty companies, and fleet providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on warranty claims to ensure timely payment
  • Process all warranty paperwork, verifying documentation and criteria required by the factory
  • Reconcile warranty receivables and work with the accounting office to obtain payments
  • Maintain accurate service and customer records as required by the warrantor
  • Prevent and prepare for potential audits
