Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients and their families in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
About the RoleThis is a PRN (as-needed) position, offering flexibility and variety in your work schedule. You will work closely with our experienced nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care, while also having opportunities for growth and development in your career.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
- ADN required; BSN preferred.
- BLS required.
- ALS, PALS, and TEAM (de-escalation) required within 6 months of employment.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 3 months of employment.
