About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing high-quality nursing care to patients, adhering to physician orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies.
  2. Administering medications as ordered by the medical director and following facility procedures.
  3. Leading, guiding, and supervising nursing assistants and orderlies.
  4. Assisting physicians with rounds as needed.
  5. Caring for patients during medical rounds, physical examinations, and treatments.
  6. Performing scheduled treatments and documenting appropriately.
  7. Maintaining infection control measures and adhering to cleanliness standards.
  8. Participating in research related to quality of nursing care, as assigned.
  9. Assisting with records, orders, and assessment of new admissions.
Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, including a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Average Salary: $90,000 per year

To be considered for this role, you must:

  1. Hold a current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  2. Be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  3. Provide quality-nursing care to patients, follow doctor orders, and have a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
  4. Be CPR certified yearly.
  5. Attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.
  6. Demonstrate ability to supervise nursing assistants and work well with all nursing personnel, other departments, and patients, families, doctors, and others.
