COUNTRY VIEW FAMILY FARMS LLC is seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for performing daily and monthly general ledger accounting and other departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile key general ledger accounts
  • Perform monthly cash reconciliations
  • Enter standard month-end entries and accruals
  • Maintain fixed assets for assigned companies
  • Support business areas in the quarterly forecast and annual budget process
  • Support production accountants and AR/AP as assigned
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis upon request
  • Service as a key business partner to outside areas
  • Conduct financial and asset reviews with farm managers as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 0-3 years' experience preferred, but qualified individuals will be considered
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
Essential Functions
  • Meet all bio-security requirements as outlined by Animal Care policy/procedure
  • Consistent and reliable adherence to Animal Welfare requirements and Code of Conduct
  • Adhere to CVFF/CLEMENS FOOD GROUP Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Complete all other tasks as assigned
Physical Requirements
  • Stationary Position: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for more than 85% of the time
