Job Summary

Donatos Pizza is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders in a timely and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Safely operate a motor vehicle to deliver orders to customers.
  • Customer Service: Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and managers in person or over the telephone.
  • Food Safety and Handling: Follow all food safety guidelines, including handwashing, illness reporting, and cleanliness.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including stocking, and prepping for the next shift.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash, give customers correct change, and complete cash checkout directly after the shift with a manager.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and valid automobile insurance.
  • Previous Experience: Previous driver and/or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and perform occasional bending and twisting.
