Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Systems Specialist to join our team in Warren, NJ. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for overseeing commissioning and qualification efforts, ensuring automation systems meet project and regulatory compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with automated equipment, defining requirements, assessing risks, and detailed planning. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Control: Manage the lifecycle of all project-related documents for automation and commissioning activities, including setting up and maintaining a structured storage system, uploading and tracking documents, and routing them for review and approval.
  • Commissioning Phase Deliverables: Develop and oversee system-based commissioning schedules, system boundaries documentation, vendor management documentation, factory acceptance testing reports, receipt verification, and site acceptance testing reports.
  • Execution Phase Deliverables: Generate installation qualification protocols and reports, operational qualification protocols and reports, performance qualification protocols and reports, change management documentation, traceability assessment, and environmental, health, and safety documentation.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience with project management
  • 7-10 years industry experience
  • Onsite work requirements in Warren, NJ
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
  • Experience working with and programming automated equipment, defining requirements, assessing risks, and detailed planning
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $150,060, depending on experience.
