The Sales Specialist is a key member of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a consistent and quality experience
- Support the creation and maintenance of a selling focus in the store, aligning with company initiatives and policies
- Participate in visual merchandising projects, including floor sets and window changes
- Maintain a deep understanding of all policies and procedures, ensuring adherence and compliance
- Process Point of Sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Contribute to a positive and productive store atmosphere, embodying the brand's core values
- Prior experience in a client-centric sales environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales and metric goals
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, with a minimum of 24-30 hours per week
