Job Summary:

Synerfac is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Service Plumber to join our team. As a Commercial Service Plumber, you will be responsible for providing top-notch plumbing services to our clients in the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Synerfac professionally in customer businesses, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset and a strong work ethic.
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of commercial plumbing systems and fixtures, ensuring precision and efficiency.
  • Diagnose plumbing issues, identify necessary repairs, and implement solutions effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues before they become major problems.
  • Share knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while being an integral part of a supportive team.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing service.
  • An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong commitment to quality and a drive to complete tasks correctly the first time.
  • Lifelong learner with a passion for continuous improvement in the trade.
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
  • A Journeyman's or Master's License is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including working with an iPad and composing professional emails.
  • Extensive experience in commercial plumbing service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
