Imagine Staffing Technology is a well-established organization with a rich history and a strong reputation in the industry. We are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our SAP ERP and Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing SAP applications and facilitating training for SAP Power Users. This role will involve collaboration with the Finance department to develop commission structures, establish product setups, and strategize pricing. You will also be instrumental in the implementation of innovative SAP applications and contribute to the launch of a state-of-the-art cloud-based system.
Essential Duties:
- Implement pricing changes and promotions for products.
- Maintain and manage SAP reporting systems.
- Administer royalty and rebate processes with appropriate documentation.
- Update sales territories and customer master data.
- Collaborate with Finance to oversee commission tables.
- Manage commission processing tasks effectively.
- Support customer account management within Salesforce.
- Fulfill SAP Power User responsibilities and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Serve as a primary resource and support contact for team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure accurate documentation of business procedures.
- Develop and maintain applications for CR programming.
- Stay updated on SAP workflows and processes.
- Create accounts for SAP Business Intelligence.
- Provide training and support for SAP applications.
