Job Summary:
Piedmont Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supporting the growth and development of our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and delivered
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
- Collaborate with the nursing team to promote a positive culture and foster professional growth opportunities
- Participate in staffing decisions and support the director with market nursing support items
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Nursing required
- One year of telemetry experience preferred
- CCRN preferred
- A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required
- American Heart Association BLS CPR required
- American Heart Association ACLS is required within 6 months of hire
