Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze tax liabilities and develop strategies to minimize future tax burdens.
  • Prepare tax projections and returns, collaborating with CPAs, Accountants, and Financial Advisors to identify opportunities for clients.
  • Meet assigned goals and objectives, working closely with the Tax Team to provide exceptional client service.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  • Comply with all industry rules and regulations, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and maintain a strong sense of professional and personal accountability.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of motivation and a self-starter attitude.
  • Strong leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to obtain Enrolled Agent designation and Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
