Key Responsibilities- Analyze tax liabilities and develop strategies to minimize future tax burdens.
- Prepare tax projections and returns, collaborating with CPAs, Accountants, and Financial Advisors to identify opportunities for clients.
- Meet assigned goals and objectives, working closely with the Tax Team to provide exceptional client service.
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
- Comply with all industry rules and regulations, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and maintain a strong sense of professional and personal accountability.
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of motivation and a self-starter attitude.
- Strong leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to obtain Enrolled Agent designation and Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
