Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Hospital Aide Therapeutic Program Worker to join our team at Veterans Services Sandusky. As a Hospital Aide Therapeutic Program Worker, you will provide direct support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities, working collaboratively with our team to create a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a safe and supportive environment
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individuals with their personal care needs, including toileting and feeding
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- STNA certification required
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
