Key Responsibilities:

The following duties outline the primary functions of the position and may not encompass all tasks:

  • Managing the printing, copying, and scanning of drawings and documents.
  • Supporting Project Managers on various projects as an on-site project engineer.
  • Participating in site walkthroughs and project meetings.
  • Preparing Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
  • Engaging in Revit Modeling.
  • Assisting with vacation staffing needs.
  • Conducting load calculations.
  • Compiling LEED project documentation.
  • Participating in commissioning and providing special instructions as needed.

  • These duties provide a general overview of the position but are not exhaustive.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
