Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Acute Inpatient Hospital or Residential Treatment Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and behavioral health needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide and coordinate care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and educating patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date with best practices.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or eligibility to practice nursing in accordance with state requirements.
  • One year of nursing experience, with previous psychiatric, mental, behavioral, or substance abuse nursing experience a plus.
  • CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.
  • First aid certification may be required based on state or facility requirements.
