About the Job Description:

This position involves working as a travel Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized physical therapy programs for patients, assessing progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Responsibilities:
