We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN to join our team at Johnston-Willis Hospital. As a leader in the healthcare industry, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for directing, monitoring, and evaluating nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures. You will also serve as a resource person for staff and model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in nursing (BSN), 3+ years of current nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting, preferably in labor and delivery and/or mother baby nursing. Additionally, they should have 1 year of leadership experience in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support team members as they provide direct nursing care to postpartum mothers and healthy infants.
  • Educate mothers and family members on how to provide routine care for their newborns.
  • Provide day-to-day clinical management of the unit, maintaining customer satisfaction (patient, visitors, physicians, and staff).
