Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Ensure public areas, including hallways and common spaces, are clean and well-maintained
  • Prepare and serve breakfast to guests, including setting up breakfast buffets and replenishing food and beverages
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
