As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract and deliver actionable insights from business data to drive operational improvements and business strategies.
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions to help the business achieve its short and long-term objectives.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasting using advanced modeling techniques.
  • Present high-level analyses and recommendations to Senior Management.
  • Develop and research methods for measuring business performance and compare against trends and best practices.
  • Review, analyze, and document business processes and supporting systems.
  • Lead special projects or teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with five years of analytical/problem-solving experience or Master's degree with two years of experience.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as SAS, Hyperion, Microstrategy, Tableau, and Hadoop.
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis, economic modeling, and data visualization.
  • Strong analysis, research, and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) or other advanced statistical computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in business or a quantitative discipline.
  • Possess an innate curiosity and a strong desire to solve problems.
  • Ability to tell a story from analysis to identify and solve business opportunities.
  • Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
