Medical Staffing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Medical Staffing Specialist in PCU/Stepdown. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting physicians with patient management, identifying irregular telemetry readings, and monitoring specialized equipment.
Responsibilities- Assist physicians with patient care and management
- Identify and notify medical team members of irregular telemetry readings
- Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients
- Interpret and record electronic displays
- Monitor electrocardiograms output
- Initiate corrective action in response to adverse symptomatology
- 2-3 years of recent Telemetry experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Active state or Compact license
- Demonstrate high levels of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff
- Competitive salary: $1,500-$2,000 per week (based on location and experience)
