Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and observe patients with behavioral health needs to identify potential safety risks and provide timely interventions.
- Provide direct one-to-one observation and monitoring of patients to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Engage in appropriate interaction and communication with assigned patients to build trust and rapport.

Requirements:
