About the Role

Gastro Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits
  • Manage patient communication, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, billing, and insurance verification
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely patient care
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare administration role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
