Job Title: Social Research Assistant

At Social Academy, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Research Assistant to join our team. As a Social Research Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our research initiatives and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, manipulate, and manage extensive databases to support research projects.
  • Obtain informed consent of research subjects and/or their guardians, ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
  • Prepare tables, graphs, fact sheets, and written reports summarizing research results, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Screen potential subjects to determine their suitability as study participants, ensuring the quality of research data.
  • Allocate and manage laboratory space and resources, ensuring efficient use of facilities.
Requirements:
  • Master of Social Science degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of human behavior and performance, individual differences, learning, and motivation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey research findings to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, including word processing, file management, and transcription.
